- Communications: Any messages or prayer requests you send to us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and time spent in the App or website.
- Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version (mobile only).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website and App.
- Respond to your inquiries, prayer requests, and Connect form submissions.
- Process donations and send donation receipts.
- Send you ministry updates, event announcements, and church communications (you may opt out at any time).

3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to help us operate our platform:

- YouTube — Sermon video hosting. Embedded videos are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. See policies.google.com/privacy.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at cityofhopeministries01@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
