Our website and App are provided to help you connect with City of Hope Family Ministries, access sermons and ministry resources, stay informed about events, and give online. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

• Post, transmit, or share content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website or App.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including church staff or leadership.

Certain features of our App require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at cityofhopeministries01@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in ways that are harmful to our community.

Our platform may allow you to make financial contributions to City of Hope Family Ministries. By making a donation:

• You authorize us to process the payment through our third-party payment provider (Stripe).
• You confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
• You understand that donations to City of Hope Family Ministries are generally tax-deductible as permitted by law. You are responsible for obtaining proper documentation for tax purposes.
• All donations are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at cityofhopeministries01@gmail.com.

All content on our website and App — including text, sermons, images, videos, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to City of Hope Family Ministries and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may access and view our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission, except that sharing sermon links or event information for personal, non-commercial ministry purposes is encouraged.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as YouTube for sermons). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Our website and App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The spiritual content, sermons, and teachings provided through our platform are shared for informational and ministry purposes. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, City of Hope Family Ministries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information without parental consent.
